Beili Neuadd is situated in beautiful countryside 2 miles east of the small market town of Rhayader in Mid-Wales.

The self catering bunkhouse accommodation has central heating and sleeps 16 in three en-suite bunk rooms of 6+6+4. There are full kitchen and dinning facilities, with a relaxing sitting area and a drying room. One of the en-suites is a wet room for disable use. The Bunkhouse is a converted 18^th century agricultural barn retaining much of its original character with beams and stone walls. Self Catering Bunkhouse Accommodation Location.

Outside there are an adjacent covered sitting area and a secure shed for bicycles etc. Parking for multiple cars is in the farm yard to the front of the barn and there is a paddock behind for BBQs with picnic benches that can also be used for camping and games. Guests are welcome to use the surrounding 5 acres of gardens and paddocks that include a stream, woodland and ponds with delightful views over the countryside.

The Bunkhouse is ideal for walkers, cyclists and other outdoor enthusiasts, but we also welcome, families, parties, youth organizations and companies, and we are also open for Christmas and New Year.

Duvets and bed linen are provided; all you need bring is your towel. Breakfast is also available by prior request. Cot available and well behaved dogs are welcome.

There is additional accommodation in the adjacent Chalet (up to 5) or bed only basis in the farmhouse (6) for those who would like a bit more comfort, alternatively you could camp in the paddock or bring your caravan.  

The Bunkhouse is usually let to groups for sole occupancy, but it can be hired by up to three parties sharing kitchen and dinning facilities.

Prices are £230 sole occupancy per night or £16 per person per night.  Breakfast is £7.50 per person. Please ask for Christmas and New Year rates and ring or email us for availability.
