Thoughtfully decorated and furnished to a high standard, the interior is enriched with many exposed stone walls and traditionally made oak ledge and brace doors. Uniquely designed to be used as either two or three bedroomed, it is self-contained and has oil-fired central heating and double glazing throughout. The entrance hall leads to an open plan fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob & oven) and on to a comfortable sitting and dining room with cast iron electric stove and french windows to the patio and enclosed terraced garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the master room with ensuite bathroom and a twin room with a private bathroom. Downstairs there access to the third bedroom which is on the ground floor, can be used as either a double or twin room and has en-suite facilities.
