Cefn Pawl Cottage - Self Catering

Cefn Pawl is a spacious very comfortable,luxurious self catering cottage set in its own grounds with mature trees and an abundance of daffodils in spring. The accommodation for 7 people consists of a large beamed living room with open fireplace, big kitchen diner, which will seat 7 easily, four beamed bedrooms: one large double, one average sized double, one twin and one single. The bathroom contains a bath, separate shower plus WC. There is also a separate cloakroom downstairs.

Central heating, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, and Sky TV. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

Cefn Pawl is a non smoking cottage, sorry, dogs are not allowed The cottage has a picturesque garden with extensive wild areas and is secluded without being isolated.

In the stunning Welsh Borders with Shropshire - formally known as Radnorshire or the Welsh Marches - you will find beauty and tranquility mixed with surprises. Like Cefn Pawl, a secluded oasis in the middle of wide open common land, up on the hills with panoramic views. Here is the perfect place for total relaxation, an ideal base from which to enjoy the rough pastoral landscape and historic sights of the Welsh borders.

After your trip by car, invigorating walk or cycling outing, why not enjoy a well earned drink or good meal in the cosy village pub, where you will find the publican and the locals most welcoming.

The cottage location is a few miles from Knighton which is 25 miles from Leominster in the east and 20 miles from Llandrindod Wells in the west. A local map will be supplied when a firm booking has been made.

Essential food can be bought in the shop and post office in Beguildy as well as money drawn from the cash machine. Otherwise the nearest supermarkets are situated in Knighton and Newtown.
